Withdrawal Rules

📜 Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate (TC)

• The Transfer Certificate (TC) Must Be Applied For At Least one Week Prior To The Withdrawal Of The Child.
• No TC Or Caution Money Will Be Issued After two Months From The Date Of Withdrawal.
• No TC Will Be Issued Until all Dues To The School Have Been Paid In Full.
• Parents Must Submit A Written Application For TC, Signed By The Parent/guardian.
• TC Will Be Issued Only After Clearance From All Concerned Departments (Library, Accounts, Labs, Etc.).
• Duplicate TC Will Be Issued Only In Special Cases With Proper Affidavit And Payment Of The Prescribed Fee.

🚫 Name Struck Off

• Non-payment Of School Fees Or Any Other Dues For 30 Days After The Last Date Of Payment.
• Absence From School Without Approved Leave For 15 Consecutive Days.
• Continued Indiscipline, Misconduct, Or Behavior Harmful To Other Students.
• Repeated Poor Attendance Despite Warnings.
• If Found Using Unfair Means During Examinations.

🔄 Re-Admission

• Re-admission, If Permitted, Will Be Treated As A New Admission And Will Be Subject To Payment Of All Dues And Admission Charges.
• Re-admission Is Not Guaranteed And Is At The Discretion Of The School Management.

⚠️ Important

• Caution Money, If Any, Will Be Refunded Only After Adjustment Of Any Pending Dues.
• Parents Should Collect All Student Belongings Before The Last Working Day.
• School Leaving Documents Must Be Collected In Person By The Parent/guardian.
