Absence And Leave Rules

📌 General Rules

• Students Must Attend School Regularly And Be Punctual.
• If Absent, Parents Should Inform The School On The Same Day.
• A Written Leave Application, Signed By The Parent/guardian, Must Be Submitted When The Child Returns.
• Leave For More Than 2 Days Should Be Requested In Advance, Except In Emergencies.
• Long Leave During Exams Or Activities Is Discouraged.
• Repeated Unexplained Absences May Lead To Disciplinary Action.

🌼 For Nursery To Grade 2

• Parents Must Pick Up And Drop Off Children On Time.
• Children With A Contagious Illness Should Stay At Home Until Fully Recovered.
• Submit A Medical Certificate For Illness-related Absences Over 3 Days.

⚠️ Important

• Attendance On The First And Last Day Of Each Term Is Compulsory.
• Irregular Attendance May Affect Promotion To The Next Class.
